Terms of Use.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of all pages and content of the ataksan.com.tr website (the «Site») owned by Ataksan.

2. Nature of the Site

The Site is a presentation and catalogue site; there is no cart, payment or online ordering. You send the number of the part you found in the catalogue to our export desk, and the quotation comes back by e-mail.

No price, stock or lead-time commitment is given on the Site; all of it is settled at the quotation stage. Requesting a quotation does not create a sales obligation for Ataksan; a sale takes place only under quotation and order terms separately agreed by the parties.

3. Spare parts notice

The parts supplied by Ataksan are not original manufacturer parts; they are manufactured to be interchangeable with the original. Original part numbers, images and descriptions are used for identification and cross-reference purposes only. All manufacturer names and part numbers belong to their respective owners.

Ataksan is not an authorised dealer or representative of any of these manufacturers; it is an independent spare parts supplier.

4. Accuracy of information

The descriptions, dimensions, codes and images in the catalogue are prepared carefully for identification purposes; however, they may contain typing or matching errors and may change without notice. Whether a part fits your machine must be confirmed with the part number and technical details during the quotation process, before ordering.

5. Intellectual property

The design, texts, photographs taken by Ataksan, logo and catalogue layout of the Site belong to Ataksan and are protected under the Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation. This content may not be reproduced, published or used on another site for commercial purposes without Ataksan's written permission.

The brand and manufacturer names mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify which equipment the parts relate to.

6. User obligations

• Use the Site lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
• Provide accurate information that belongs to you in the quotation form.
• Do not access the Site, its servers or the catalogue data in bulk with automated tools, scrape data or attempt to disrupt its operation.

7. Third-party links

The Site contains links to YouTube for the company film and to our Facebook, Instagram and YouTube accounts. Ataksan is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these platforms; their own terms apply on those sites.

8. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided «as is». Ataksan does not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by law, Ataksan cannot be held liable for damages arising from actions taken on the basis of the information on the Site before the quotation and confirmation process is completed.

9. Personal data

Personal data you send through the quotation form and contact channels is processed as described on the Privacy Notice page.

10. Changes

Ataksan may update these terms without prior notice. The current terms take effect on the date they are published on this page.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Sakarya have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
